About Monalife Pharmacy

Monalife Pharmacy is a licensed community pharmacy serving Mombasa. We dispense prescription medicines, stock everyday health and personal care lines, and give pharmacist advice over the counter and on the phone.

Where to find us

We operate three branches: Makadara (opposite Huduma Centre GPO), Moi Avenue, and Lebanon (opposite Carrefour). All three carry the full over-the-counter range; prescription items can be moved between branches on request.

How we handle prescriptions

Prescription-only medicines are never sold without a valid prescription. When you order online, you upload your prescription at checkout and a pharmacist reviews it before we take any payment. If we cannot accept it, you are not charged at all and we will explain why.
