By ordering from Monalife Pharmacy you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Monalife Pharmacy is a licensed pharmacy operating three branches in Mombasa, Kenya. All medicines are supplied under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.

Prescription-only medicines

We supply prescription-only medicines against a valid prescription only. Placing an order does not oblige us to supply. A pharmacist may refuse or query any prescription, and may contact your prescriber. No payment is taken until a prescription has been approved.

Advice is not a diagnosis

Information on this site and general advice from our staff is not a medical diagnosis. Always read the label, and consult a doctor for a persistent, severe or worsening condition.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in Kenyan Shillings and include applicable taxes. Stock levels shown are our best information; occasionally an item is unavailable after you order, in which case we will contact you and refund or substitute with your agreement.

Payment

Payments are handled by Paystack (M-PESA and card). Pay-on-delivery orders must be settled in full on delivery.

Age

You must be 18 or over to buy medicines from this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
